Leah Sandals (she/they) is a professional writer and editor based in Toronto, Canada.
She is currently Senior Editor, Knowledge Translation & Exchange, at the Alzheimer Society of Canada. Leah has also held Content Editor roles and related posts at Canadian Art Foundation and Canadian Art magazine.
Her journalistic clips include the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, the Halifax Chronicle-Herald, the National Post, Canadian Geographic and Spacing.

Leah Sandals holds a BFA in Media Arts from NSCAD University and a BSc in Physical Geography from McGill University. She has also taken editing and writing courses at Toronto Metropolitan University’s Chang School of Continuing Education and at the University of Toronto’s Summer Writing School.
